The third contribution in this issue is entitled: “The insolvency of SMEs derived from systemic crises and negotiations with tax creditors”, by Gabriela Ulas. Then comes the article entitled: "The state of conciliation in the general tax claim procedure and the new constitution" authored by Javier Pérez Marchant. Next, Andrés Urzúa Farías presents it work entitled: “Investor-state dispute resolution system (ISDS) in crisis: the United States and the European Union”. Finally, this new edition of the RDE recognizes the link between environmental protection and economic regulation, through an interesting case that Federico Martínez Tebecheri addresses in his work, entitled: “Analysis of the application of the Wild Areas Law Protected areas and their effects on property rights in Paraguay: The case of the San Rafael Natural Park ”.
