Content requirements

Tribuna Internacional is a peer-reviewed journal. It is open for the submission of unpublished contributions. Notwithstanding, the Editorial Committee might still receive and publish articles that have been published previously, be it in Spanish or English, or rather, that were presented in some academic instance (magazine, book chapter, academic congress, etc.). The authors must mention this situation to the Committee the moment they send the article. In case Tribuna Internacional accepts to publish the article, the authors release the Editors of the magazine from all responsibility in relation to all legal infringement, regulatory or contractual, that they might eventually commit or committed in relation to the sent text; they oblige themselves to repair any damage caused to the Editors by said infraction.

Article submission

It must be done through the existing system, available in the magazine’s website, in the Section “Online Submissions” or using the button “Envío de artículos”. The archives must be of a maximum of 10 MB. Any consultation must be addressed to the mail revistatribuna@derecho.uchile.cl
